There are loads of ways that you can help into ultra to get more people ultrarunning.

If you organise races, offer coaching and courses or provide kit and clothing then take a look at how you can be a partner.

donate money - you can donate using JustGiving here and Gift Aid your donation.  You can set up a regular donation which is super-welcomed 

donate kit and clothes - if you have spare kit then think about donating it to Kitsquad who provide clothes and equipment to into ultra runner as well as many other deserving people 

donate headtorch or watch - if you have a unused or spare headtorch or watch send to us we will find an into ultra runner who could make good use of it.  Contact us and we will let you know how

donate a voucher or race place - may be you received a voucher or pair shoes for a race you won or you have a (transferable) race place that you can't use any more.  Let us know and we will find a good recipient   

help the team - as we grow we are looking for additional volunteers - likely future needs will include IT, finance and trustees.  email us at info@intoultra.org.uk and let us know how you can help

raise awareness - in your club, with your mates, to your social media community.  Also follow us on social media.  The more people know about into ultra, the more people we can help
